2026 Victorian Junior State Championships

Event Information

The 2026 Victorian Junior Championships will serve as a national qualifying opportunity for:

• 2026 Australian Junior Championships (28th September - 4th October - Melbourne, VIC)

Athlete Eligibility:

• This State Championship Event is open to all DV Competitive Diver, Coach Level 2 - 4 and Coach Level 1 & Competitive Diver members. To upgrade your membership to register for these Championships, please log into your membership account portal (Top Right of Page) and select 'upgrade' from the side bar menu.
• Competitor Age is taken as at 31st December, 2026.
  
  

  Junior Group	Athlete Age (as at 31 December, 2026)
  A	16 - 18 yrs
  B	14 - 15 yrs
  C	12 -13 yrs
  D	11 & Under

• All competitors must satisfy the dive requirements that apply to the Elite Junior event(s) entered. 
  
  

  • Diving Australia National Qualifying Standards and Dive Requirements can be viewed here.

  • Divers must compete within their age group for all synchronised events.

Championship Entry Fees:

All prices are inclusive of GST. 

• Championships Registration Fee: $40.00

Please note, there have been changes made to the booking process. This has been done in an effort to provide registration discounts for athletes competing in multiple events at these State Championships.

• Individual Events:
  
  • Any One Board: $52.50 (1m or 3m or Platform)
  • Any Two Boards: $100.00 (1m and/or 3m and/or Platform)
  • All Three Boards: $130.00 (1m and 3m and Platform)
    
    
• Synchronised Event: 
  • 3m Synchronised: $26.25 
  • 10m Synchronised (Note: Group A & B only): $26.25
    
    
• Late Registration Fee: $20 (if Late Registration is confirmed and accepted). 

Dive Sheet Submission: 

• Dive sheets are to be submitted via Dive Recorder by 9:00am Thursday 20th August.

• Changes to submitted divesheets may be made via Dive Recorder up until 9am on Friday 21st August without penalty. Any changes made after this time may result in the diver competing by invitation (ineligible for awards).

Saturday - Session 1

• General Warm-up: 8:00-8:45AM
• Competition Events Begin: from 9:00AM

Saturday - Session 2

• Opening Ceremony
• General Warm-up: TBC
• Session 2 Events - to conclude by 3:00pm

Sunday - Session 3

• General Warm-up: 8:00-8:45AM
• Session 3 events begin: from 9:00AM

Sunday - Session 4

• General Warm-up TBC
• Session 4 events begin: to conclude by 3:00PM
