2025-26 Competition Calendar

Published Tue 29 Jul 2025

Diving Victoria is thrilled to share its 2025-26 Competition Calendar for the year ahead.

2025-26 Diving Victoria Competition Calendar

This year’s Calendar is highlighted by the Diving Australia announcement today, that the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC) will play host to the 2026 Australian Elite Junior Championships.

This event marks the first major national event held at MSAC since 2018 and the first Australian Elite Junior Championships held in Victoria since 2012.

Given this, Diving Victoria is able to extend its current Event Calendar all the way through to September next year with the 2026 Victorian Elite Junior Championships (August) providing the perfect runway for our national Elite Junior athletes.

Other highlights of this calendar include:

  • the 2026 Victorian Age & Open State Championships will be delivered in its combined format again, this year on the last weekend of February.
  • The Pullar Family Championships (October) will be held at Aquanation (Ringwood) across two-full days of community competition, and
  • the Diving Victoria Club Challenge Series returns in 2025-26 for five (5) scheduled events between November and June, providing accessible competitive opportunities for our Recreational and Competitive Diver members.

As in previous years, our Calendar makes every effort to align with national and international diving competitions (to the extent that these are available) and to avoid any scheduling conflicts with major events and public holidays.

Diving Victoria reserves the right to amend this Calendar as necessary. In the event that changes are required, all relevant stakeholders will be advised as soon as practicable.

We can’t wait to see you at one of our events this year!
